D.o.A (Dead on Arrival) Warranty

As a part of our customer satisfaction service, INDOMAHSEER AQUACULTURE were obligated to gave 5% ~ 25% D.o.A  (Dead on Arrival) Warranty for every customers purchase (based on the fish species), which means that every mortality that occurs over 5% ~ 25% upon received will be covered by us as a guarantee and it will be calculated for the next order (non refundable), with term and conditions as follows:

D.o.A Coverage :

  • D.0.A warranty valid for more than 5% ~ 25% mortality upon received (Based on Fish Species);
  • D.o.A occurs when received because the damage of the inner plastic bags inside the Styrofoam box, but the outer (Styrofoam box) is in good condition;
  • D.o.A occurs when received because the fish conditions before reached in customer captivity;
  • D.o.A counted based on the live and dead fish, so the customers only paid for the remaining live fish, minus the D.o.A percentage ;
  • D.o.A warranty is non-refundable and will be calculated on the next order/shipment in 1 (one) month period;
  • Customers is obligated to report the arrival status of the cargo in max. 2 hours after the shippers/cargo ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), every information / report that received over than 2 hours interval will not be accepted;

D.o.A Claim Procedure :

  • Customers is obligated to attach a proof of the fish mortality in form of a picture of the dead fish over the Styrofoam box we used for packing the fish, the picture must be clear with high resolution so all of the dead fish were clearly seen in a single picture;
  • Customers is obligated to report the arrival status of the cargo in max. 2 hours after the shippers/cargo ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), every information / report that received over than 2 hours interval will not be accepted;
  • For 2×24 Hour D.o.A warranty, customer should attach a valid water quality test result from trusted lab;

D.o.A Limitations :

  • D.o.A occurs because of the force majeur situations, such as : nature disaster, riot,etc which is an unpredictable and extraordinary causes;
  • D.o.A occurs because of the cargo company faults, such as : Accident, Delay of shipping, airlines cargo ground handling, and all other causes from the cargo company which cannot be controlled by INDOMAHSEER AQUACULTURE and caused fish mortality / delay of shipping;
  • Mortality occurs below than D.o.A rate is not considered as a D.o.A
